2. Plan

•  Milestones: Critical Dates used as a guideline to ensure the on-time completion of a project.

 

3. Setup

•  Setup data-exchange channel such as EDI gateway
•  Mapping of data within iSupplyChain System

 

4. Test

•  Dry-runs and testing of system using dummy orders.

 

5. Data Preparation

•  Generation of LIVE Purchase Order data by Retailer
•  Generation of Order Acknowledgement by Suppliers

 

6. Accreditation

•  Reviewing test results
•  Ensuring that milestones and deadlines were met.

 

7. Pre-implementation Meeting

•  Review and confirm check lists
•  Confirm Go-LIVE date

 

8. Monitor

•  Monitor system delivery performance.
•  Generations of KPI and Analysis Reports
